Public New Moon Ritual July 2nd

Wellspring Coven, a Blue Star coven, is excited to announce public new moon rituals! We'll be at Eye of Horus in Lake Street in Minneapolis. We'll gather at 6:30pm and start at 7pm.

Everyone is welcome to join us. Ritual is not a spectator sport though and we'll expect you to join us, not watch us. Rituals will be done in the Blue Star format. If you have ritual robes, feel free to wear them.

Please feel free to ask questions on our Facebook page or through our website.

This is a FREE event, but space is limited, so please contact the store to be placed on the guest list. Donations are graciously accepted to help cover the cost of the room.

We will be celebrating the mead moon this month and working with Dionysus and the Melissae.  We'll be creating a token to charge and take with you so you can pollinate the special areas of your life to help them grow and spread joy.

Public New Moon Ritual

Once again, we'll be at the Eye of Horus for a public new moon ritual.

It will be the coming Storm Moon so we'll be working with Zeus and Hestia to ensure we are able to weather any storm.

Yule Celebrations

We are taking a slight break from our standard Yule activities this year and heading out the American Swedish Institute to learn a bit more about our Norse Pantheon and Ancestors.

We will be celebrating with a public new moon ritual at the Eye of Horus.  Please register in advance through them.  Due to space limitations, we have to cap participants at six.

We will be settling in for the long Minnesota winter ahead, talking about Yule, and working with Ullr and Holle.  We hope that you can join us!

Hecate's Moon

The local Minneapolis Blue Star community celebrates Hecate's moon on the Full Moon before Yule.  This year it is quite early.  Through a personal relationship that one of our High Priestesses developed, we have discovered and observed this special holiday.  It is often a very cathartic ritual.

Dumb Supper

We have lost a great number of people this year, including some who made great strides for pagans, who were well known to many, and many who we had close personal relationships.  To allow for extra time to celebrate their lives and commune with them one last time.

More info on Dumb Suppers can be found here.

Samhain ritual is when we 'pass the power' in the Blue Star Tradition.  We also honor our dead, remember our recently departed, and look ahead to the coming year.

Mabon & New Moon

With travel schedules, we are celebrating Mabon a little late and along with the new moon.

Mabon is also known as Harvest Home and often is described as a pagan Thanksgiving.
